Meet Priscilla
Priscilla Westfield, M.A., MFT, LPC
Life can be challenging and painful. Medication and antibiotics may be needed to address significant infected physical wounds. Likewise, the same process is needed to address infections of the heart. Medication takes time to work. The healing process takes effort. There are no quick fixes. The right medications attack the root, which in turn, fixes the symptoms. What are some HEART medications needed to address psychological/emotional infections? Self-awareness, forgiveness, understanding, renewal of the mind, purpose, connection and belonging! Through evidence-based methods of practice I help clients successfully overcome present challenges, whether they are long-standing or critical issues.
I have worked as a counselor in a variety of settings to include, non-profit organizations, prison intuitions, forensics in-patient, and military. I provide individual, couples, and family counseling. I was raised as a Child of Deaf Adults (CODA) and served in the U.S. Army for 10 years. I am also a wife of 20 years, have three beautiful children all while managing a career as a triathlon. I firmly believe that in order to achieve true healing, you must treat the whole person; mind, body and soul!
